Question: Changing Field Configs

Hello,

    If I change some mapped field configs within a field scheme and I don’t like them, I can just switch them back correct?

Theres never any data loss when switching field configs, right? If I switch back to the original config it will be as if nothing has changed?

Correct, field configurations are just a set of settings for "current behaviour", if you change something in there, it has no effect on the data, it only touches the way things currently work.

For example, hiding a field means the field will not appear on any screens when people look at issues (and hence they won't be able to edit the field), but if you reverse that change, the field will appear again.
