Hello,

Is there a way to implement a remote desktop connection through JSM?

Is JSM can be integrated with Cisco IP phone? 

Is JSM can be integrated with my assets and endpoint module?

While Jira Service Management (JSM) does not have a built-in remote desktop or CISCO IP phone connection feature, you can integrate it with third-party tools that provide this functionality. Tools like Splashtop, TeamViewer, or AnyDesk can be integrated with JSM using various methods, such as custom scripts or webhook integrations.

For Assets, the Cloud Premium edition has support to manage and link assets directly within JSM.

I have checked splashtop but it's only for cloud, our JSM is data center 

will the other options work for JSM Data center?

Also, AnyDesk or Teamviewer are stricted in my company, any way we can implement Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection to work with JSM?
