Que tabla de JSM contiene/almacena la hora de creación de un ticket?

Hola, Para la creación de KPI con información relacionada a los pedidos de Jira Service Management estamos utilizando el conector de Power BI Connector for Jira, una vez que realizamos la conexión con los filtros y seleccion de tablas, no estamos localizando la que almacena la hora de creación de un ticket, pero si la de fecha  (issue_created) sin embargo para poder realizar un calculo exacto de cual fue el tiempo de vida de un ticket necesito ademas de la fecha saber la hora de apertura. 

Obtenemos la fecha de creación desde la tabla ISSUE con el campo issue_created y fecha de resolución del ticket en la misma Tabla, con el campo resolution_date (visualizamos solo la fecha No la hora) en ambos casos necesitamos obtener también la hora y no ubicamos el campo.
