QR code missing from Jira Insight

Right now im using Jira Insight and im trying to set up a project that allows me to add devices and print label for each device, right now im following the instructions bellow but i can't seem to find any of those options, right now i tried going to objetc schemas-configure but there is no label option there and i also tried to look into each object to see if the qr code appears.

Hi @g_delarosa - just an update that we have now shipped the QR code feature to Insight as part of Jira Service Management.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When it comes to printing QR Codes, this option was only available on the Insight App (the add-on).

The Insight version available on Jira Service Management premium, currently, doesn’t have this option.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Insight to have QR Code feature
