Hello.
Queues are really great feature. And what makes it's even better it's permission to edit it. For example, in case I want to find all tickets in queue related to a specific issue. I can go to queue edit mode and add there "text ~ key_word" as an example.
The problem is currently only specialists with Administrator role are able to Edit queues. I was searching for some specific permission to be added to other roles but didn't find any.
Can you advise how to provide permission for Edit to non-Administrator specialists?
Hi @dvolnov ,
unfortunately, just Project Admins or JIRA Admins can edit queues.
There's an app that allows you to decide who can administer your queus https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216386/queues-for-jira-service-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Thank you for the quick answer. Sorry to hear it. We find this feature really useful and could improve the operational process.
We'll consider this App but unlikely we'll use it. But still, thanks for the information.

Denis

Same question here. Little overkill this app for just being able to give more granular access to edit queues.
