Hi @jbolton , links to KB articles are presented based upon what the user types in the search bar or when the begin to open a new ticket. It seems that maybe you were looking for a pinned KB article link? I don't know of any way to do that OOTB.

Thanks, Jack for your quick response?  yes, I was looking for a method to pin the knowledge base URL or search box to an option on the portal page.  Thanks for your help and clarification.
