I would like to get some step-by-step guidance on how to create a prompt in the "Create issue" screen, please. I am thinking of a multiple choice question where depending on the answer chosen, a prompt would appear with useful information that should facilitate correct ticket creation. Something like this only for Jira Service Management and that the message would appear after the answer to the question was provided. It also has to be different messages for different answers. Thank you!
