I've setup a Jira support project and can receive tickets from both my connected microsoft account AND my internal atlassian.net email from everyone except from our hubspot account. is there a way to whitelist a single email address for incoming Jira?

have you restricted the Portal access to customers only?
Is your Microsoft Account added as Customer to the project? Not sure where it is "connected" to in this context?
