When adding a label to either the Submit Request or Report A Bug request type, the label will automatically be removed from the issue view. What causes this and how can we prevent it from removing it from the request form or issue types? As a result, the client is experiencing issues when submitting tickets or viewing them. When a client submits an issue, they may not be able to add a description, and/or when they view the open ticket, they cannot read the original description.
Looking at the request type for the form I have placed the description and summary and then save my updated. However, when that happens it also removes the description and summary from the issue view and vice versa.
It would be easier if you show us the screens and steps you see the issue.
