Is it possible to set JSM project permissions not to prompt for a login for external customers to create a request on the portal for a specific project? Not for the entire JSM projects.

@Manoj Gangwar , Thank you for your response. I have tried that before I post this question. Unfortunately when I click the "change the customer access settings" it takes me to the customer access portal and the changes you make there will impact all the JSM projects.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
First, you have to enable that option then it will work. After that you have to check other projects and make sure their Portals are not shared public.
