Project Browser role - Queues not visible

Hi,

In Jira Service Management Cloud, I have defined a role and granted it Project browser role

Is there a way I can allow the predefined queues to be visible for this role?

Only a few fields are visible to ths role... ( i.e. the fields visible to customer are the only ones visible) - Can I alter this behaviour?

I want all fields to be visible ie. the ones defined for the project....

Appreciate any pointers on this...

Thanks

S

Hi there!

Jira Service Management's licenses are based on the number of agents that are used across the Service Management projects you have. Those agents are actually the one who are allowed to work on the requests (change statuses, edit and even see some of the fields). That's why some of your users see all the fields and some don't. The role that gives agent permissions is called "Service Desk Team". More can be found here.

The only way to make another project role agent-based is to add it in the permission scheme of your project against Service Project Agent permissions.

Best regards,
Velizar
