ProfForma default answers no longer filling in form

Hello, 

I have a number of ProForma forms set up with fields that have default responses.

As of today, those default answers set in the build are no longer pre-populating the form though they are appearing in the preview.

Can this be fixed ASAP?

Welcome to the community!

I recommend you open a ticket with Atlassian directly in the support queue.  Since you are in the standard plan, you should get a response fairly quickly.  They may be able to look into your environment to determine what the root cause is.
