Hello,
currently we are looking at the possibility of using Jira Service Management in the Data Center version.
In the change management process, the date field feature should be used. However, the date field including time keeps showing a bug that is already recorded as a bug in the community. (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8104)
In the system settings I have already reset the date settings for the fields as explained in other posts, but that does not work either.
Is there any update on how to resolve this issue?

That bug number you have listed is reported as a cloud issue. I'm not sure how Atlassian's code is tracked between Server & Cloud. Especially if you can replicate it, you may need to contact support or search for a Server version of the bug to get an update for your Server version.
