Problem with migration from Server to Cloud

I'm not able to finish the migration from Server to Cloud.
Displays this error:

  • Cannot complete the import because one of the import files contains failed upgrade taskrecords: '14'. Search the Atlassian Administrator Knowledge Base for instructions on how to fix this, or contact Atlassian Support for help.

And I don't think anything related to that in the community.

Hi @NeoGest ,

Good day. Welcome to the Atlassian community.

For the Error received please try the below steps and see if it helps:

  1. Extract the backup zip file
  2. Edit the entities.xml file
  3. Search for this string:
    status="failed"
    
    • You should come across these two entries:
          <UpgradeTaskHistoryAuditLog id="XXXXX" upgradeTaskFactoryKey="com.atlassian.servicedesk" buildNumber="14" status="FAILED" upgradeType="CLOUD" timeperformed="XXXX-XX-XX " action="upgrade"/>
      
          <UpgradeTaskHistory id="XXXXX" upgradeTaskFactoryKey="com.atlassian.servicedesk" buildNumber="14" status="FAILED" upgradeType="CLOUD"/>
      
  4. Manually edit the "FAILED" to "COMPLETED".
  5. Re-zip the file and attempt to import again.
