Dear Community,
I have a problem. The following: I have created an organization in a project under "Customers", in which I have added all employees of this project (our customers). When I click on an employee under the "Show profile" tab, the following message appears: "Apparently you have entered an invalid ID"
This message appears for every employee in the organization. However, all employees actively send us tickets and we receive them. Why does this message appear and how can I fix it?

Thank you for your feedback. It is exactly the same problem in incognito or private mode. The user IDs and user names are also correct. What else could be the problem? Best regards
