Hi there,
I faced a problem with email changing in my account.
I change it in "Atlassian Account settings". Received all the necessary notifications via Outlook and did everything that was required.
In the "Account settings/Email" I see the new email:
In profile, I still have a previous email (before changing) in account:
When I reply to a client via Outlook, I see that my answer is registered as a new ticket in Jira.
Could you please advise how to solve an appeared issue?
