In our organisation we are trying to implement a CMDB, and we wanted to use Assets.
We wanted to use the Discovery tool, but doing test scans, instead of creating the Laptop type, it creates objects of type Host, Did I misconfigure the tool?
Is there a way to import them as Laptop and not as Host?
This is because I think that if it already recognises them as laptops, after scanning the entire organisation, it already automatically organises them by PC model, while as Host, it puts them as if they were all the same under the Host type
