Hi,

Looking for a way to automate this task. I want to print a ticket (with the activity section showing all), and also include all the attachments, and place everything inside a folder. Also, I hope it can do the same for any subtickets that exist for the ticket. If there are any services that do this, please let me know.

@Anthony Lim -

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately it is possible out of the box especially dealing with issue's attachment content.  What is your reasoning wanting to automate this type of operations?  Please advise.

You may want to search in Atlassian Marketplace to see if there are any third party add-ons that will achieve what you wanted to do.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira-service-management&query=export

Majority of those add-ons address the issue export, however I don't believe they will be able to extract the actual issue's attachments content since attachments are different objects stored in the environment.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin ,

Thank you for your reply. I'm currently trying to automate auditing tasks, and hope to transfer all the information in a ticket to a zip folder (ticket, activity section, attachments, subtickets). Currently, it's a very manual process to grab all the information, but luckily filing the tickets is easy.

Thanks
