I'm looking to see if it's possible to prevent the creation of a ticket based on the email address domain or title. I have an automation set up to close out tickets based on titles, but we get hundreds of automatic responses which creates unneeded tickets, bogging up the "closed" ticket queue.

It looks like based on this Atlassian case that they are in the process of providing this functionality soon (blocking issue creation from certain email addresses). I would add yourself as a watcher of this ticket - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-3836
