Is it possible to prepopulate fields in issues depending on the request type? For example an employee calles the IT Helpdesk, the agent opens a ticket for this person, he chooses the "Get IT Help" Request Type, is it possible to fill in automatically the description field with a specific text or populate other fields?

We cannot have a default value for description in the Cloud Jira. But having said that, there are alternate ways to do so.
