Postgresql version for Jira Service Desk version 4.0.0

Hi Team,

Can anyone tell me whether Jira Service Desk version 4.0.0 supports PostgreSQL version - 11.10?

Because, the Instance Health check for Database Collation check is failing continuously, even when the Database for this Jira instance is created with the Collation type 'C' and 'en_US.UTF-8'.

Please help or advise to take necessary action.

Have a look at supported platforms on this page. Supported Postgress versions are 9.4 / 9.5 / 9.6
