I want to create a new form on the portal, however we need people to be able to use it anonymously. However, we also need other forms on the portal to be restricted and accessible only to registered users, without choosing them one by one.
Is there any possibility for such solution?

In Jira Service Management, achieving different access levels for different forms within the same project can be a bit challenging. As the customer permissions are set at the project level. However, you can use a workaround to achieve this by leveraging request types and some configuration.
