I know there are several threads on this topic already but I still can't find a Question and Answer that helps me.
My question is, what is the best and easiest way to let all employees register requests in our customer portals without having site and product access?
I would not want to add all employees manually to each service desk project.
I would not want them to be able register requests anonymously.
These (below) are the current settings for Customer permissions (in a project) and the settings for Customer access.
Should I use the setting under Customer access "Internal" > "Use approved domains..." ?
Would really really appreciate any help in this.
If I make sure all employees are added to our jira site and give them site access but not product access, then should they be able to access the customer portals and create requests?
Problem solved with the new Jira service management - Customer product access.
