Portal Only Customers

We recently changed domains for email and want to convert all current portal-only over to the new domain. Is there a way to do it? All I have been able to find is how to change the name which doesn't help and the users themselves can't log in and change it on their end as the email is read-only.

Just to confirm the need - you want to change all the email addresses of managed accounts from one domain to another?

This should be done from your user settings - https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/make-changes-to-a-managed-user-account/

You might also need to do it from your AD, if you have SSO active

Managed users are not the same as Portal Only from what I can see as there isn't a directory option when I follow the link above. Also, we have managed accounts and we have switched all of those over without issue.
