Can anybody share how they've succesfully customized the service desk portal one project without breaking things for other projects? The customization options are EXTREMELY limited compared to Datacenter.
We use Theme Extension for Jira Service Desk today in Datacenter which is fantastic. Unfortunately the Cards functionality we use isn't yet available in Cloud, though I understand it's coming soon. However due to a Cloud limitation the portal isn't doesn't actually live on our instance. It's an entirely separate URL, which is a significant security concern I doubt we'll be able to get past our InfoSec team.
