Porque ya no puedo planificar Tareas Finalizadas en Tempo

Anteriormente cuando ocupaba planificar una tarea que ya tenía un cambio de estatus a Finalizada, por algún motivo, si me permitía volver a agregarla al Planning, sin embargo ya no se permite, no me encuentra la incidencia.

Hola Claudia,

Responderé en inglés ya que mi español no es bueno.

It sounds like you have an issue that used to be reopened from "Finalizada" to "Planning," but this is no longer possible for your issue.

Try and check your workflow transition from "Finalizada" to "Planning" and see if there are conditions that prevent this transition from being selected.
