Hi
When a support ticket has 'custom field A' populated with a URL to another Jira instance, I would like to transfer this URL to the "Issue Links" section via an Automation.
I have tried multiple JSON routes but the automation fails (Error while parsing additional fields. Not valid JSON.). Can anyone help me with the correct JSON please?

Can you share the rule that you have so far? And is the URL just a URL with an issue key in it?
