We are new to JSM and are trying to find a way to populate more fields automatically. For example we have some key information in hubspot our support stuff should be able to see.
Drilling into Hubspot customer cards works for the basics but a few are high profile enough they should be on the ticket and able to report on downstream.
Any idea on how that can be done?
You should be able to do that using automation and HubSpot's REST API. I took a quick look at HubSpot's API and you would need to know the companyID in order to get data regarding it.
