Hi,
Please help me out i want to trigger default email notification whenever the issues is assigned to Service Desk/assigned to SPINS team/assigned to Supreme team.
Please help me out how to configure the email notifications for these kind of Assignments.
1.If the ticket is assigned to Service Desk email notification should be sent to Service Desk group
2.If the ticket is assigned to SPINS team then mail notification should be sent to SPINS Team and Service Desk group
3.If the ticket is assigned to Supreme team then mail notification should be sent to Supreme Team and Service Desk group
Note:Jira Automation will Not suppose to use.
