Hi,
Please help me out how these notification is triggering i haven't configured this
Please help me out which email action is triggering for above email notification.
(or) Do i need to check in another place if yes please help me out on the same.
Thanks,
This type of notification is coming from the Issue Created event. Are you a member of the "Service Desk" group, if so, this is why you are getting that notification as the notification scheme is calling out for the Group (Service Desk) in the event.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

You will have to compare the notification scheme used between different projects in your env. What do you mean by "other instance"? - Different JSM project or different site setup?
Best, Joseph

If it is for a difference Jira instance, then you need to verify:
1) You are a member of the same group named "Service Desk" in both instances.
2) Your account have the same setup in both instances (i.e. licenses etc...)
