Hello, I would like to know if there is the possibility of placing affected services as a mandatory field since that option is not shown as in other fields.
You can't configure a locked custom field such as Affected services. There is a workaround in Server/Data Center version but its not possible in Cloud due to lack of access to database.
You can enforce a users to fill in this field using workflow validator during create transition like in following screen:
