I have a dashboard with a pie chart gadget that shows how many tickets have been raised relating to a specific asset
The pie chart is showing that over 1000 tickets have been raised with our chosen statistic type (A custom field relating to an asset)
But when I click the data to see the filter search, this shows me that only one ticket has been raised in relation to this particular asset.
I have refreshed the Pie chart and have even deleted the gadget, re-added this and set up the statistic choice again to see if there was a caching issue but I am still having the same problem.
I'm hoping someone here may have an answer as this is frustrating our team and skewing our reporting on specific items that is imperative to any changes we make.

One more question, is your pie chart configured with a filter or project?
If it is a filter, please change it to the project.

It's configured with a filter and then the statistic chosen, filters down to the level you see in my screenshot when expanding the data.

I have the same behaviuor. The thing is that the values shown are fine, but the related fields are wrong. I mean, it seams that both columns have different order.
