Picture in request form

Hi All,

There is any way to add pictures to form? I have a field called Serial No and very often the customer is not able to find the location of serial no. I want to add a photo of the product with info where serial np label is located.

It's possible to add URLs to the Help and Instructions field, but I'm afraid that images will not work. As it uses wiki markup, I tried to add images but it shows an error, so the field does not support it. 

To add an URL you can use the format:

[Google|https://www.google.com]

We use the link to provide instructions with images to our KBs.

I also believe that the app JSD Extensions provides this functionality.
