Como habilito a coluna para poder realizar uma pesquisa por Organização ?

Welcome to the community.  I am assuming that you are asking regards to the Requests view that customers use to see all of their requests.  If this is case, unfortunately it is not possible to expose the Organisations field as a column/filter for the view.  Please see image below on all available fields for the view -
