I have a JSM that set up so that anyone in the company can submit, view, and edit their requests. In one JSM project the owner wanted a role that was purely viewing for auditing purposes (they can view every ticket submitted to a help desk project but cannot comment or edit in any way).
To keep them separate from the service agents I set up an organization and through automation allows that organization to view every ticket but they can currently add comments and edit the issue.
Is there a way to split permissions so that one organization only has the permissions to view issues but everyone else can still work like normally? I haven't been able to find a menu that has organization specific premissions.
