Permission to configure the service portal help center?

Hi,

i want the possibility to get one of our agents to customize the help center with articles and topics.

Is therey any way to specify the permission, withouth giving him full jira adminstrator rights?

LHi @Erik Reiter ,

On project level, Project administrator role will grant the access.
i.e. User can update some details Project settings --> Portal settings --> Portal configuration 

and also they can add some description for each Request type in "Request type description" 
(Project settings --> Request type --> Click on required type)

As for whole site, it is only possible for Jira administrators.
