Hi,

Parent Change and All Subtasks that are Ready for Approval are Approved together.  All are moved to "In Development" at the same time.

which means if i approve the CR then all the subtask status are moved from

Ready for Approval ---->In Development

Is it possible in Jira ? if yes please help me out how to do the same

which means once i approve the Change request then all the Subtasks are Auto approved and status changed to In Development.

Hi @Sreenadh - Yes.  You can do this with automation.   It would look something like this:

  • TRIGGER: Issue Transitioned to In Development
  • BRANCH (Sub-Tasks)
    • CONDITION: Status = Change Request Approved
    • ACTION: Transition Issue to In Development
