Pages and tickets not loading

Hi, Having problems loading Jira pages (Service Management project) and tickets. Tickets sometimes load if accessed via the search window, but mostly do not load and left with a blank window. I tought at first it was me/my machine, but colleagues reporting the same issues. Sorry to not be more specific. Thanks

Is it a global issue? Without any intimation, how can we face it? It's a very difficult thing.

yes, it is global. For specific software elements, you can see the individual statuses, like the below, and even subscribe to receive notifications on progress
