I would like to create the possibility for my customer to display individual articles in the service portal on the start page.
To do this, I created the "theme" in the service portal and selected the articles from the knowledge base accordingly.
When I log in to the portal as an Atlassian user, the articles appear on the start page.
However, when I register as a customer and open the portal, everything is the same, but the "theme box" is missing on the start page and I cannot open any help articles.
Where can I find the settings to allow "normal" users to see my Confluence-articles?
