Hi Everyone. I'm looking for an app that allows agents to be notified when someone that is pinged in a ticket is Out Of Office. Do any of you know of an app that has this feature? I've seen ones that notify when agents are OOO but this would be fore anyone that is pinged... reporters, customer users, licensed agent users.... anyone. Thanks in advance. Mason
