As we begin to expand our use of JSD for external customers the need for an integrated chat is becoming quite important. I would like to hear from others on their successful or not so successful efforts.
Note that I am on Cloud which is quite restricted on this front it would seem after spending time in the Marketplace. I found a few good Server based solutions, e.g. Chat for Service Desk which seemed ideal.
Hi @Jack Brickey , we are interested on implementing this aswell. We've looked at Slack to JIRA integrations like this:

So a chat will happen on a specific channel and then we can trigger a ticket creation via Slack to JSD either email or API/Webhook.
I haven't tested this at all but this is the best I can think of.
I'm interested on others answers aswell.
