Opsgenie integration with Jira Service Management

Hi, I have a team for the Oncall integration for Jira Service Management, I create an Schedule and a team but the thing is that I cant seem to integrate that schedule, I also create an automation to assing tickets to the oncall members.

And when I go to the Jira Oncall this message popsup.

"You’re not a part of any on-call schedules

Contact an admin, add a new team or browse on-call schedules to get started."

Can someone help me?

ditto.  I had created two teams, both with integration with two separate JSM projects.  But the first (IT) schedule showed up in BOTH projects.  I removed the IT team, and now my other test project shows up as you indicated, even though my integration

integration.JPGproject oncall.JPGis setup with the project.
