I've configured email integration in Opsgenie.
If I manually send an email, an alert is created as expected, however if I create a forwarding rule in Outlook for a specific email, the forwarded email delivery fails with:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Is that log from Outlook specifically? I'm wondering if that might be some restriction within your email provider?
I just tested with forwarding a personal email to an Email Integration with no problem. Granted this test was done through Gmail, Opsgenie should be able to receive forwarded emails:
