Opsgenie account has been deactivated

Hi,

We received an email warning from Opsgenie that a user was deactivated.

We do not know why it was deactivated and it is also an administrator. Therefore, it does not allow us to modify it.

How can we know why it was deactivated?

How can we reactivate it?

Thanks

Hi, @Mauricio Nuñez . As a site admin, you should have access to reactivate any user's account from admin.atlassian.com - search for the user and toggle OpsGenie back on.

However, as to why it was deactivated in the first place, if it wasn't done by you or another admin, I'd suggest contacting Atlassian support. My OpsGenie instance is a premium license, and we have in-app chat support; I don't know if the standard plan has that available, but if not open a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact. They should  be able to track down how the user was deactivated and, if it was done by Atlassian, why it was deactivated.
