I have 2 different projects in Jira ITSM. I have linked Jira Service management with Opsgenie and when an Incident generates in Opsgenie, It started to appears in both of the projects of Jira ITSM. Likewise in Jira Service Management, If I create a service in one project, it started to appear in the other projects as well. Can anyone please help me, how can I segregate incidents from Opsgenie into either of the project, not both? And Likewise, If an Incident is generated in Opsgenie how can I redirect to only 1 project, not all ITSM projects.
