When opening a ticket, in the share with field, keep the default nobody.
Hi @Dirk de Mello welcome to the community. There are few issues around this to hide the 'Share With', so it can't be used, thus sharing with Nobody. You probably want to vote for and watch them.

Ok, but when a customer opens a ticket and forgets to change it to anyone, all other customers receive the ticket!
This is causing a lot of hassle!
