I saw in this article that we can add one custom email. Is this correct in all cases??
While we will be using the portal and hopefully direct email will decrease, we'd still like to have localized support emails like support@, soporte@, assistance@....
Are there any plans to allow more?

Hi, @Marta. This has not changed. And all of the related customer requests to change it did not gain enough customer votes for it to make it into the JSM road map.
