On my Portal under announcments I cannot add a link - it is greyed out

I am trying to add a linkto my portalannouncement but the option is greyed out

Hi @Sinead_Hever , if you are referring to the text under the "Message" box, that is simply an example of how to format your links. So if you format the links as shown within the text box, they should appear once saved. If I'm off base here, please let me know. A screen capture of what you were saying also would help.
