On my Kanban board tickets with status To Do don't appear in To Do list. Only appear once In Progress.
By “to do list” are you referring to a column labeled “to do”? If so, please check the board settings for Columns and see what status is mapped to that column.
I can view it but I don't know how to edit / change it. where do I map status to column they all appear ok... ?

Do you see ellipses in the top right corner of the board screen? Are you an admin? I assume this is a software project? If you do not see ellipses please share a full screenshot of your project page/board.
