O365 email handler - Authenticate error

Hi,

For some reason when I add my O365 account as email handler and test it with connected project, the result is authenticate error. Then tried with other, eg. gmail and other O365 account, working well. MFA feature is off, I used application password. At first sight there is no difference between the two O365 accounts, permissions and so on.

Anybody ever had the same issue?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Just for a better understanding, I would like to know if you are using IMAP or POP.

If using IMAP, can you please check if IMAP is enabled for the account?

Also, if you are using Azure, the option "Enable security defaults" must not be enabled for your site. This option usually blocks IMAP and POP connections.
